Practicing Higher Self Yoga has put everyday life events into a more logical perspective. Rather than fighting against the natural flow of life, I have learned to feel nature’s current and to negotiate day-to-day obstacles so that they benefit not only me but others as well.

Higher Self-practice helped me strengthen my intuition and has given me important tools to deal with the stresses of life. I have deeper connections with the ones I love and strong intimacy with my fiance because of the heart connection Higher Self helped me to open and understand.

Through Higher Self Yoga, I have developed friendships and a support system. Working with my Higher Self has helped me in transforming my negative perceptions and improve on my positive qualities. Knowing myself better has enriched my life and I often say, “I can’t imagine my life without Higher Self Yoga.”
