Three Tips on Self Awareness

1. Check In With Your Body

Feeling disoriented? Start simple. Consider bringing your attention to your feet, then slowing moving it upward until you feel reconnected to your body.  

2. Practice Non-Judgmental Reflection

Instead of criticizing yourself, view self-awareness as an experiment in understanding your patterns.

3. Celebrate Small Wins


Acknowledge moments where you catch yourself being self-aware or making a conscious shift. These little wins add up.

True self-awareness is not just seeing ourselves clearly, but recognizing the Higher Self as the mirror through which we gain deeper understanding. The more we connect with this higher wisdom, the more power we have to shift our thoughts, actions, and reactions. With self-awareness as our tool, we step into each moment with greater confidence, peace, and alignment
